Terms of use
1. Who we are

2. Agreement
By accessing or using ezishare.com you agree to these Terms and our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service
EziShare provides short-lived, browser-based screen sharing via a private room code. There are no user accounts. Features, capacity (currently up to 1 host + 2 viewers), and availability may change. The service is provided free of charge unless we publish otherwise.
4. Your responsibilities
- Only share screens and audio you have the right to share.
- Keep room codes private - anyone with the code may join while the room is open.
- Do not attempt to break security, brute-force room codes, scrape abusively, or interfere with other users.
- Do not use EziShare for unlawful content, harassment, malware, or to misrepresent affiliation with Interactive Enterprises Limited or other brands.
5. No recording by us
We do not record your screen on our servers. Media travels peer-to-peer between browsers when WebRTC connects. Participants may still capture what appears on their own device - treat shares accordingly.
6. Acceptable use & suspension
We may rate-limit, close rooms, or block access where we detect abuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Our branding, site design, and software are owned by Interactive Enterprises Limited or its licensors. Do not copy our marks or design in a confusing way.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. Connectivity depends on networks, browsers, and firewalls; we do not guarantee that every share will connect or remain uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interactive Enterprises Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to £100 - except where liability cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
